1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SpeedLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SpeedLaunch is a tool that generates App Store Connect metadata, composes screenshots, hosts privacy/support/marketing pages, and optionally pushes content to the App Store Connect API on your behalf. The Service does not guarantee Apple's approval of any submission.
3. Accounts and Credentials
You may sign in with Google OAuth. If you use the Full Auto feature, you provide App Store Connect API credentials (Issuer ID, Key ID, and a .p8 private key). These are encrypted at rest and used solely to act on your behalf within App Store Connect. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
SpeedLaunch Pro is billed monthly at the rate displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content to the App Store. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit through SpeedLaunch.
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the Service (metadata, privacy policies, support pages, composed screenshots) is owned by you. SpeedLaunch retains no ownership rights over your generated content. The SpeedLaunch name, logo, and platform code are the property of SpeedLaunch.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SpeedLaunch is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to App Store rejections, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
We collect your email (via Google OAuth), your app pitch, contact information, and uploaded screenshots to provide the Service. App Store Connect API credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data. For details, contact support.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
